Becky’s Hair Boutique is very confident in the quality of extensions we offer. Before shipment, each package is THOROUGHLY inspected to ensure each customer receives exactly what they ordered. Due to current health regulations and hygiene policies, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

The only exception to this policy is if the customer received an incorrect order. Before using your BHB extensions, please examine the order to ensure that you have received the correct texture and length. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect the order without damaging any labeling or packaging in which the order was received. We are not responsible for any damaged hair once the hair is in your possession.
