DUE TO COVID-19, THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN ORDERS! DUE TO LACE SHORTAGE, IT CAN TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 3-5 DAYS IN ORDER TO PRODUCE LACE PRODUCTS ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING TIME.

Once an order has been placed, it requires a processing time of up to 5-7 days and up to an additional 5-7 business days for shipping. All items are shipped via USPS. Once items have been shipped, a tracking number will be sent out to the email provided with the order. 

Becky’s Hair Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost items once the package has been shipped and the tracking number has been sent out. If the tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must take the inquiry up with the U.S Postal Service. If items have not been received, they can be located using the tracking number or contacting your nearest postal office.
